If you need to find out the number of an order or an invoice to, for example, open a ticket for warranty or technical support, we help you to locate it. It's easy.

Order number

On our website, once logged in, click on the top right where your name appears, next to the language selector, and click on My account.

Once here you will see a list of sections. You have to click on “Sales orders”.

In this screen you will have a list of all your orders. You will see that the order number format consists of a letter S and 5 digits, for example S12345.

If you click on one of them you will see its details and, at the top, also the order number.

Invoice number

Follow the same steps as to find the order number and click on the order for which you want to obtain the invoice. Within the detail, you will see a row that indicates Invoices and under it you will see the invoice number, if it has already been issued, and when you click on it you will download it

Of course, inside the invoice you will also be able to see the invoice number, so if you have already downloaded it, you will only have to open it and look for it at the top.
