Just received my Excalibur 16. The touchpad has an annoying rattling sound problem. It feels like it is slightly loose. It sometimes rattles under your finger when scrolling. It also rattles when tapping the computer case with finger.
I know some touchpads have a screw for adjusting the touchpad tension. Does Excalibur 16 have something similar or any other way to fix the problem?e

It seems to be a technical/physical issue that needs to be reviewed in detail.
