Does it have known issues with the soud card? Is the 16' version buyabel?

I wanted to make a few questions before I buy the PC.

I researched a bit on the longevity of this model and I found that some users reported issues with the sound card after 1y of use. Do you have knowledge of this issue? If so is it patched on the new versions of executive?

I have other question about the 16'' version of executive. I found that you have that version on your website but I couldn't find where can I buy it and the price difference. And if it is available did you made battery tests with it? I am asking it because I am afraid that the graphic card can drain the battery much faster.

The current model of Executive 14 (Core Ultra 7) should not have any issues related with the sound card

As for the 16" model, we do not offer it anymore, only the 14" model is available
