Slimbook One: Power + Video-Out over USB-C

Hi,

I have recently bought the Slimbook ONE, and a portable computer screen Arzopa S1 table to accompany it.

While I'm able to successfully use the monitor with a single USB-C cable connected between my mobile phone and the computer screen, using it with Slimbook ONE is not possible, unless I connect two cables - one for signal, and one for power.

This, I find very strange. More so because using a single cable, the computer powers on, but says "no signal".

Any tips how to troubleshoot the issue? The computer is running Windows 11 at the moment.

Good morning,

It doesn't seem to be a problem, simply because of USB-C hardware limitations it can't be done. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices.
If you want to connect this tablet, you will have to use separate cables.
