Stuttering when Slimbook Titan is plugged into AC

For the past week or so suddenly my laptop started marking this weird screeching noise when it's plugged into AC. There is also extreme stuttering while gaming. When it's running on battery power every thing is normal and smooth and it doesn't make the noise.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or know a way to fix it?
