I am writing to your kind attention because sometimes my Slimbook Executive 14'' with Ubuntu 24.10 reboots randomly into a busybox/initramfs command line. This seems to happen especially when I am watching a video from YouTube on Firefox. Do you have any ideas on how to deal with this problem?
I tried to locate more information on journalctl, but I did not find anything strange.

It seems to be a problem with Ubuntu 24.10, but it is not entirely sure.
Can you try on a Live USB of Ubuntu 24.04 if the same thing happens to you and the same conditions?

I am experiencing the same problem in Linux Mint. I've had the Executive 16 (nvidia) for less than two days, and the laptop has rebooted randomly more than three times... I am not sure what could be the problem

Hello. After following the tutorial, memtest86 started, but suddenly it found several errors, and then it powered off completely. Now I can not turn on the device. I can press the power button and the power light will turn on, but nothing else. The screen remains powered off, the device seems like a brick. I am afraid I will have to open a support ticket after this :/
