Depending on the Slimbook model, the Slimbook  Face application may or may not be pre-installed. However, if your  Slimbook is compatible with Face, there may have been an error when  activating the user. You can run the following command to install the  app:
$ sudo apt install slimbookface

Regarding Slimbook Battery, it is not necessary for proper functioning, and also does not work on Ubuntu 24 based distros.

It is the Slimbook Executive, but I did not find Face there. I managed to install it along with Howdy, but it did not recognize me even with the fast setting. This would not be a problem if we had the option to manually introduce the password when the face recognition fails, but that is not the case...

I was told that the Slimbook apps are being rewritten. Is this the case for Slimbook Face, maybe that's why it was not installed?

Otherwise, I don't know why it didn't recognize me, am I skipping something? Thanks a lot!

Installing SlimbookFace should install the app and the Howdy driver.
Run the app and it should tell you that the driver is already installed. Simply add a new face and you are done.

Unfortunately it is unable to recognise my face. I don't think I am that ugly... Anyway after several tests I opened a GitHub issue with the details.
