Hi,
When I got my Excalibur I installed PopOS on it. I would now like to switch to Slimbook OS. I have an encrypted harddrive with luks, and a single partition (not a separate home partition). Is there a way for me to switch to Slimbook OS without loosing data ?
Additionally I would opt for gnome, is there a way to transfer/keep my current gnome config and addons ?

Good morning,
I don't recommend transferring or keeping your user data in Pop Os, the versions of Gnome can change and not be the same, in addition to your own customizations. This could cause errors in the system and it may not work properly.
I recommend that you make a copy to a usb the most important data you have and do not want to lose and make a clean installation of the operating system you want.
