However, it doesn't show up in https://slimbook.com/en/my/tickets, so I don't know if it was received or not.
(Category hardware, priority medium, with an attachment containing a slimbookctl report, if it matters)
I sent another ticket about a week ago (under category software, about the same issue (excalibur power-on problem mentioned elsewhere on the forum)), which also doesn't show up, and haven't yet received a reply.
