Tickets not showing up in https://slimbook.com/en/my/tickets

I've just submitted a ticket through https://slimbook.com/en/support, getting to the https://slimbook.com/en/contactus-thank-you page with

Your message has been sent successfully.

However, it doesn't show up in https://slimbook.com/en/my/tickets, so I don't know if it was received or not.
(Category hardware, priority medium, with an attachment containing a slimbookctl report, if it matters)

I sent another ticket about a week ago (under category software, about the same issue (excalibur power-on problem mentioned elsewhere on the forum)), which also doesn't show up, and haven't yet received a reply.

Good afternoon ch,

We have checked our tickets, and we have an entry from you on Friday the 25th. We do not work on weekends.

The ticket has been answered today Monday 28th, approximately 3 hours ago.

Check if you have received the answer.
