AMD has only released a few of its AI 300 series CPUs at this time:

These CPUs, although they have better AI capabilities, are only arriving in small quantities to major laptop manufacturers and it won't be until 2025 when production and trade agreements allow for more models and more laptop brands to arrive.
Our AMD 8845HS laptop series was released a short time ago and AMD tells us that these are powerful CPUs with AI capabilities, and they tell us that they will be on the market in new computers this year and next year.
In other words, AMD has announced CPUs that will only be mounted in a few laptop models and even if these are on sale, their arrival to the market will be slow.
